Great location next to Edersee. Helpful and accommodating staff. Good facilities for cycles. Lovely, well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent food and wine in the restaurant. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Excellent value for money.

We had a great time at this hotel, which was in a fantastic location right near the lake. the staff were very friendly and helpful, with excellent cycle facilities available. We enjoyed dining at the very nice restaurant, where the food and wine were amazing. Our room was a delight, with a spacious and well-appointed bathroom. We also enjoyed a great breakfast, and appreciated the excellent value for money.
It was a shame that there was no lift available and there was no disabled access at the hotel.

Good-sized and well-appointed bathroom, friendly staff, convenient location near key business centers.
Poor customer service, room needed maintenance, restaurant service was slow and food was not good.

We loved the excellent location near the lake and the helpful and accommodating staff. The hotel facilities were good, especially for cycling. The restaurant offered great choices and delicious food and wine. Our room was lovely with a well-appointed, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was also fantastic with lots of options to choose from.

The size of the bathroom was good, and we appreciated the well-equipped amenities. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Another advantage was the pleasant staff who were friendly and accommodating.
My new year experience at the hotel was less than satisfactory. The check-in process was slow and disorganized.
